Good, free underground parking.Free internet and there is a conference room if needed. Very helpfull staff. Adjacent restaurant is very good for the price.

No telephone in the rooms (as suppose everyone uses mobile phones).Better use a satnav to find this hotel.

Clean and friendly hotel.

The hotel was difficult to find. We could find directions online to from the hotel to the airport but not from airport to hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great service throughout my time there. The room I stayed in was well-appointed with modern touches, and I especially appreciated the small kitchenette that allowed me to cook my own meals. The hotel's location next to the Hippodrome was a pleasant surprise, as it provided a beautiful view from my room's window. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Toulouse airport made it very convenient for me.

The room assigned to me was not clean

the staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke excellent English, which made communication easy. Secondly, the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The tram stop and bus stops were just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with a small kitchenette, perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals. The attention to detail was evident, and the rooms even had windows facing the entrance, allowing for plenty of natural light.

All in all, my stay was fantastic and there isn't much that I could suggest for improvement.

I have liked the kind support of the personnel when I needed a taxi to leave in the morning. They supported me efficiently and professionally. Bathrooms were very cleaned.

1- payments with American Express now allowed, however the booking was performed using this type of credit card. I understood that this credit card is not always accepted, however information can be given before. 2- WiFi was not working with mac in public areas. 3- in rooms, WiFi was not available, only cable.

As a wheelchair user I found the staff very helpful and went out of their way to help me and make such a enjoyable stay. People have compained about noise from airplanes landing at the airport some 7 kms away but I was nit affected unless I was sitting out in the open air. Kitchen facilities were very good, as was variety and quality of breakfast provided

The room was spacious and clean, and had cooking facilities. It was also located in a calm area close to important attractions that made it easy to explore the city. the staff was very helpful, kind, and accommodating, which added to the enjoyable stay experience.

The breakfast options were limited and lacked variety. the noise coming from the air system and fridge was quite loud and disturbing, making it difficult to sleep soundly.

We arrived late and the entry system was very secure and easy to use. Rooms very clean with all the necessary facilities. Good location and secure free parking. Second time we have stayed there and would stay again

The location of the hotel was convenient, with helpful advice given on getting around the area using public transport. the hotel was close to a tram stop making it easy to travel to the airport, and there was a shop just a short distance away. the room and bathroom were modern, tidy and spacious with well-appointed furnishings and good water pressure. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel lacked some services, such as 24-hour reception, and the internet connection quality varied.

Good hotel for adequate money. Room is clean, kitchen was equipped with good and enough kitchenware. Near to the hotel situated bus station, witch can help to move to the nearest subway station and next to the center of Toulouse in 15-20 minutes.

The best value for money. Place is clean, spacious, well set up and functional kitchen and furniture, modern, good security and well located in Toulouse France. Very helpful and efficient staff.

There is nothing to complaint about. But do not lock yourself out of your room, One resident / tenant did just that, phoned the emergency contact number and so "rescued" within the hour.
